To support the growth of the American economy, small businesses must be able to compete in our society. Patricia supports tax incentives to small businesses that employ individuals at a higher rate than minimum wage or those businesses which locate their companies to under-developed areas.

We must also allow small businesses the same rights as larger businesses when it comes to lending practices.
