Credit Regulations
It is time to end bad credit which holds the average American captive. It’s time for Credit reform. We must end lengthy negative credit reports.
Under Patricia's plan, bad debt or negative reporting will only stay on a credit record for two years.
If bankruptcy has been filed, then it should remain no more than five years. However, if job loss occurs or the only source of income is lost due to death of an immediate family member, credit payments and reporting should be put on hold for a limited time.
No negative reporting should be made on file if it has been proven that job loss occurred, death of the primary stakeholder or one is considered unemployment eligible.
